What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food using approved recipes and production standards
• coordinate and supervise hourly food-service associates, including scheduling, training, and counseling
• store food safely and follow sanitation procedures
• ensure proper handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
• maintain clean equipment and workstations
• respond to customer complaints
• explain menu items
• monitor inventory, deliveries, production, consumption, and waste
• inform supervisors when supplies are low.
