What you'll do

• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and evidence-based practices
• Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and home-based exercises
• Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development.
