What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day agency leadership
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team
• conduct clinical assessments and recommend services
• provide counseling or therapy for an assigned caseload
• collaborate on person-centered plan development and implementation
• support staff development and training
• oversee treatment plans, service authorizations, program compliance, data collection, and quality management
• coordinate services and follow-up
• maintain availability to staff for emergencies
• travel to trainings or meetings upon request.
