ASC Support Specialist — Surgery Center

The ASC Support Specialist — Surgery Center role is onsite in Fresno, CA, with compensation of $23.43–$32.68 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. The specialist supports daily operations of the surgery center and its nurses at EYE-Q Vision Care. The role helps maintain patient flow and readiness by supporting documentation, charts, supplies, consent forms, and coordination across front desk, pre-op, and post-anesthesia care. These operational tasks help the surgery center team prepare for cases and support patients through discharge.

What you'll do

• Assist with surgery-center supply needs and restocking
• maintain knowledge of pre- and post-operative medications
• complete documentation and consent forms
• prepare and review charts for upcoming cases
• support patient flow at entry and return to the post-anesthesia care unit until discharge
• check pre-op requirements, orders, testing, and lenses
• reconcile anesthesia records
• provide post-op nourishment under the PACU RN’s direction
• support front desk, nurses, technicians, and doctors
• provide discharge instructions
• cover front desk duties when needed.
