What you'll do

• Prepare food items before and during meal periods, including catering orders
• prepare, slice, and chop food products
• use fryers, choppers, stoves, ovens, grills, mixers, blenders, steamers, graters, and other utensils
• follow portion and quality standards
• clean and turn off kitchen equipment at day’s end
• maintain a sanitized, orderly work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
