Through cleaning, basic property upkeep, and prompt reporting of safety or maintenance concerns, the helper supports a safe and welcoming residential environment.

What you'll do

• Clean hallways, public areas, vacant apartments, parking areas, sidewalks, alleyways, and management offices
• maintain exterior areas through lawn care, window washing, snow removal, leaf blowing, trash pickup, and sanitation
• prepare vacant units as directed
• assist with janitorial inventory and painting
• report maintenance and safety concerns
• use equipment safely and follow applicable procedures
• assist at other properties as needed.
