What you'll do

• Operate a multiline telephone and paging system
• answer and route calls
• greet and direct visitors and manage sign-in
• maintain resident, on-call, extension, and personnel listings
• respond to job-opening inquiries and provide facility information
• receive and route mail
• report resident concerns and suspicious behavior
• handle sensitive information confidentially
• keep the lobby and workstation organized
• report hazards, damaged equipment, and supply issues.
