The Direct Care Staff, Residential Facility role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $17–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Communicate relevant consumer information to supervisors, case coordinators, and parents
• protect consumer privacy and report abuse, mistreatment, or neglect
• complete treatment-plan documentation and shift records
• learn and implement consumer treatment plans
• support a positive atmosphere for growth and learning
• transport consumers to scheduled and unscheduled appointments
• maintain client files, medication and treatment charts, daily and weekly notes, and household records
• attend staff and training meetings as described in the posting.
