Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite and supports properties in Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, and Marysville, WA. The compensation range is $25–$28 per hour. 11Residential manages multifamily properties and aims to provide quality living environments for residents. The technician maintains apartment homes and shared facilities, responds to resident service requests, and prepares vacant units for leasing. The role helps keep the properties safe, functional, and appealing across three communities.

What you'll do

• Complete general maintenance, service requests, unit turns, and curb-appeal work
• coordinate and resolve resident requests
• prepare vacant units to standards
• troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems
• update work-order and make-ready systems
• inspect exteriors, parking lots, and common areas
• maintain cleanliness and professional customer service
• respond to maintenance emergencies during and after scheduled hours
• travel between properties and may support other nearby properties.
