The EPA-Certified Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position at the Brier Creek community in Raleigh, NC. Pay is $24 per hour and up, depending on experience. Weinstein Properties owns and manages its communities. The technician completes apartment work orders and make-readies, repairs building systems and appliances, and helps maintain community grounds, amenities, and pool areas. The role also participates in a rotating emergency on-call schedule to help keep the property operating smoothly.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
• help maintain grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• collaborate with the maintenance team
• participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating emergency on-call participation.
