Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in Oldsmar, FL, with compensation of $24–$26 per hour. The role manages full-cycle accounts payable activities and helps ensure accurate, timely invoice and payment processing. It also supports account reconciliation, month-end close, vendor service, and coordination with accounting, finance, and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Process and code vendor invoices
• verify approvals, purchase orders, and supporting documents
• respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• process expense card transactions and check requests
• reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close, accruals, and account analysis
• review invoice exceptions and duplicates
• monitor aging reports
• research outstanding balances
• support vendor setup and record maintenance
• and assist with special projects and other accounting responsibilities.
