What you'll do

• Oversee daily terminal operations, freight receiving and handling, inventory control, distribution, route planning, and operational performance. Manage customer issues and service commitments
• promote safety and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, company, and customer requirements. Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise personnel
• monitor route performance, records, payroll, costs, equipment, and facility needs.
