What you'll do

• Bathe, dry, brush, de-mat, and groom pets
• clean ears, brush teeth, and trim nails
• manage pet intake and client communication at drop-off and pick-up
• explain grooming processes and recommend services based on pet needs
• provide cost estimates and timeframes
• coordinate appointments with the front desk
• maintain grooming records and appointment timing
• select appropriate products and tools
• handle pets safely
• monitor pet well-being and alert technicians to medical issues
• clean the grooming area.
