What you'll do

• Develop new business and client relationships
• pursue and close service, repair, leak investigation, maintenance, and reroof opportunities
• promote maintenance agreements
• conduct customer visits, roof inspections, and project walkthroughs
• prepare proposals and pricing
• oversee daily service operations and crew scheduling
• monitor work-in-progress, backlog, and customer priorities
• support field teams
• manage department profitability, estimates, costs, billing, and performance metrics.
