What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one support in accordance with the student’s IEP
• assist with instruction, activities, transitions, and routines
• implement teacher-directed accommodations and strategies
• support social-emotional development, behavior, sensory, and communication needs
• observe and document progress
• assist with classroom organization and daily routines
• collaborate with teachers, therapists, and behavioral specialists
• follow program regulations and confidentiality requirements.
