The officer will build a robust donor pipeline, develop customized engagement strategies, and mobilize philanthropic support, particularly during critical disaster response efforts.

What you'll do

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Develop and execute customized solicitation strategies.
• Manage a disciplined portfolio of prospects and donors.
• Build a sustainable donor pipeline.
• Mobilize donors during disaster relief efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
