What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and compliance with brand, food safety, and health department standards
• manage inventory, ordering, speed-of-service metrics, facility audits, and preventative maintenance
• own the P&L, cash handling, reconciliations, labor scheduling, and KPI analysis
• recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff
• and resolve guest complaints while reviewing feedback scores.
