What you'll do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services
• establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
