Turnkey Project Developer

What you'll do

• Develop turnkey design-build and energy-savings project scopes and estimates
• support Account Managers with installation budgets and subcontractor requests for quotation
• review project documents, site conditions, and proposals for conflicts and constructability
• price equipment and coordinate cost validation
• negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• support acquisition and customer satisfaction
• manage design documents through construction documents
• identify improvements to turnkey processes.

Why this role

Project management and performance contracting/ESCO experience required; 5–7+ years of project development/program management or HVAC operations management experience; AutoCAD proficiency; approximately 10% travel may be required; four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
