What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR operations and supervise HR personnel
• develop and maintain policies and procedures
• oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
• advise on performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions
• ensure employment-law compliance and required reporting
• manage leave programs, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes
• review compensation and benefits practices
• coordinate training and development
• maintain confidentiality and partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness. Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field and at least three years of HR management experience.
