The Caregiver / Medication Technician is an onsite position in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Pay is $17–$17.50 per hour. The role supports senior living residents through hands-on care, medication assistance, and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment. This position helps residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. It also supports resident well-being by monitoring and documenting changes, engaging residents in enrichment activities, and communicating care needs to families and healthcare staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating
• administer and observe medications and treatments according to the Six Rights of Medication Pass
• document accurately and report concerns
• monitor and record resident conditions
• engage residents in enrichment and life skills activities
• maintain clean and sanitary resident and community spaces
• respond to call bells and security systems
• communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff
• follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
