What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and follow protective oversight plans
• assist with hygiene, grooming, routines, and activities
• administer or assist with medications as authorized and document accurately
• support medical appointments, meal planning, and dietary needs
• follow behavior plans and habilitation plans
• maintain service and billing records
• assist with household cleaning and maintenance
• support community integration and transportation
• document incidents and follow emergency procedures.
