Operations Lead – 4th Shift

The role helps meet safety, quality, production, setup, and run-speed objectives by coaching production staff, monitoring performance, and providing shift leadership coverage. It also supports continuous improvement and production-floor problem solving.

What you'll do

• Coach, mentor, and train team members
• provide technical support and troubleshooting
• monitor production, quality, and efficiency metrics
• assist with shift communications, reporting, and timekeeping
• cover for the Operations Manager during breaks, vacations, and absences
• support safety, quality, 5S, audits, and improvement activities
• inspect printed products
• support setup and operation of printing and finishing equipment, ink preparation, and product packaging.
