Product Manager — Sourced Packaging and Supplies

The Product Manager works onsite in Wausau, WI, or Antigo, WI, on a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule. The starting salary range is $56,784–$68,140.80 per year, based on experience. The role supports Volm’s sourced packaging and supplies portfolio and reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications. The position connects sales, corporate purchasing, suppliers, vendors, and customers so market intelligence and product information inform product strategy, sales support, and annual consumable sales goals. It also develops product knowledge and materials that help sales account managers serve customers effectively.

What you'll do

• Identify product ideas by analyzing competitors
• maintain communication across teams
• translate customer feedback into product insights
• develop product specification training and materials
• support sales and customer service with new items and accurate product details
• maintain items in Microsoft Finance and Operations and submit engineering change requests
• contribute to go-to-market strategy and sales and marketing materials
• analyze markets, pricing, sales, margins, risks, opportunities, and forecasts
• travel to customer locations with sales professionals for product support and sales opportunities.
