What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• screen and direct calls
• assist with check-in forms, records, and payments
• protect patient information under HIPAA
• schedule and confirm appointments in Medics Premier
• verify orders and authorization requests
• support internal departments and patient flow
• obtain authorizations and communicate financial clearance issues
• apply insurance protocols for referrals, authorizations, copayments, and deductibles.
