Consumer Lending Sales Specialist

What you'll do

• Process inbound loan applications and inquiries
• manage internet leads and digital applications
• conduct outbound prospecting
• interview applicants and gather information
• collect and track supporting documents
• explain loan decisions and terms
• prepare loan documents and funding packages
• establish membership accounts when required
• educate members on deposit products
• maintain compliance with lending policies and regulations.
