The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Skokie, Illinois, with compensation of $18–$25 per hour. Brighter Mind Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis services intended to help children and families reach meaningful goals. The role may serve clients in home, school, and community settings. The work supports communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while maintaining accurate session data and client safety.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy
• implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs created by a BCBA
• collect accurate session data
• assist clients with communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
• maintain professionalism with families, schools, and team members
• attend supervision meetings and ongoing training
• maintain client safety and ethical standards.
