What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations and finances
• oversee strategic planning, program evaluation, and quality
• engage volunteers, board members, staff, partners, and donors
• develop and support the Advisory Board
• coach and develop the leadership team
• manage fundraising, communications, and the annual operating budget
• direct program standards and supervise the Program Director.
