What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates accurately
• recommend alternate products as needed
• monitor shipment dates and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors
• provide product and technical information
• advise on stock availability
• assist with warranties and returns
• maintain sales records and reports
• train new representatives as needed.
