Quality Assurance Associate

The Quality Assurance Associate role is onsite in Toano, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; some weekends are required. Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive and inspect SRA inventory and RGA customer returns. Verify product condition, quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and documentation
• identify defects, damage, missing components, packaging issues, and discrepancies
• sort returns by condition
• count inventory and record findings in Excel and company systems
• label and route products
• organize return inventory areas
• and report quality and safety concerns.
