Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly owner pay applications
• maintain project budgets and change orders
• resolve accounts payable and receivable issues
• track receivables and collections
• enter trade contractor invoices
• review sworn statements and lien waivers
• monitor underbilling
• process trade payables
• liaise with operations, vendors, contractors, and owners
• assist with month-end close and audit preparation.
