What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• perform deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, check cashing, transfers, and other transactions
• issue certified checks and gift cards
• assist members by phone, in person, and through digital channels
• guide members through digital banking tools
• troubleshoot basic digital issues and escalate complex concerns
• research and document member complaints
• identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities.
