What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage accountability for the Accounting team, including accounts receivable, credit and collections, and treasury management
• own the monthly close and timely, accurate financial reporting
• maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• administer the Sage Intacct general ledger system and chart of accounts
• manage external engagements, including the annual audit, and prepare information for income tax filings
• partner with the Director of FP&A on monthly forecasting and annual planning
• oversee payroll, the employee 401(k) benefit plan, business insurance, and custody of assets and corporate records
• drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting team.
