What you'll do

• Assist customers with product selection, questions, recommendations, pricing, billing, and availability
• process cash, check, and credit-card transactions
• load purchases into vehicles
• report customer feedback to management
• answer phones and handle paperwork
• prepare and stage customer and delivery orders
• unload trucks and receive merchandise
• use forklifts and other equipment safely
• organize warehouse areas
• stock and display products
• participate in inventory counts and maintain stock records
• follow safety procedures.
