The F&O Support Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics 365 role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation is $38–$50 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for inventory, order management, and financial modules
• troubleshoot errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies
• escalate complex bugs
• train and onboard users
• monitor system performance
• support testing for upgrades and module rollouts
• coordinate issue resolution between operations and technical teams.
