What you'll do

• Plan and teach swim lessons
• select, store, and issue lesson equipment
• assess participants’ abilities and needs and adapt activities
• explain and enforce safety rules
• track attendance and manage group lessons of up to ten participants
• provide progress feedback
• follow emergency and child-abuse-prevention procedures
• attend staff meetings and training.
