What you'll do

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects within an assigned program
• lead and manage program staff, workforce planning, assignments, performance, and development
• supervise project execution and contractual, technical, and regulatory compliance
• manage budgets, cost controls, schedules, milestones, risks, and resources
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training
• report status and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders
• coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• implement program management and quality-assurance practices
• support federal construction programs and security-related project requirements.
