What you'll do

• Handle maintenance requests and work orders
• inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, and mirrors
• check appliances and report issues
• assist with appliance changes
• make keys as needed
• inspect and repair faucets and sink plugs
• assist with painting
• patch, plaster, and paint drywall
• follow safety guidelines.

Why this role

Two years of property maintenance experience and a driver’s license are required. HVAC and EPA certifications are a plus. Schedule includes an eight-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call duty.
