• Conduct investigations into statutory complaints
• manage reasonable accommodation requests with employees, management, and HR partners
• provide day-to-day employee relations support
• partner across teams and organizational levels
• assist with employee relations policies, procedures, training, and accurate records
• use workforce analytics to identify trends and preventative solutions.
