Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

Job overview

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is fully remote, with a client caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The posting lists clinical rates of $76 per hour for Washington residents and $58.50–$85 per hour for out-of-state residents; administrative work is paid at $23 per hour. Two Chairs provides integrated therapy and psychiatry, using technology and measured outcomes to support mental health care. The therapist delivers evidence-based therapy and assessments to adult clients, uses client progress data to adjust treatment, collaborates with other providers, and completes clinical documentation in the electronic medical record within 48 hours of client contact.

What you'll do

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adults and conduct new-client assessments
• use modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• use data to guide treatment and adjust care based on progress
• collaborate with mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
• complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
• maintain the stated weekly caseload and availability.
