What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Activity Department
• participate in discharge planning, activity care plans, and resident assessments
• interview residents and families as needed
• complete required forms and reports
• participate in facility surveys
• maintain informative activity progress notes
• coordinate programs with administration, medical and nursing staff, and other departments
• arrange field-trip transportation when needed
• monitor activity supplies.
