Team Lead

The Team Lead is an onsite role based in New York, NY. Compensation is $20.50 per hour. This position supports the CAVA restaurant team by leading daily operations and promoting a positive work environment. The role exists to support performance success and deliver on service commitments. The team lead delegates tasks, ensures execution of standards, and supports the training and development of team members.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members.
• Support the overall restaurant experience and execute key duties including opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives.
