The Warehouse Associate — Bander role is an onsite position in Madison, TN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Pay is $18 per hour, with benefits after 30 days. U.S. Lumber is part of Specialty Building Products, a distributor serving customers across the United States and Canada. The associate handles products moving through the warehouse, including banding, wrapping, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and order pulling. The role helps maintain accurate, safe, and timely warehouse operations through equipment use, inventory support, and cooperation with coworkers.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts or other machinery to load, unload, move, stage, pull orders, and transport materials
• band, wrap, and tape products
• maintain an organized warehouse
• assist with inventory variances and order accuracy
• complete daily forklift safety checklists
• read product tickets and codes
• learn to use a chainsaw and Holtec Industrial Saw
• pull daily orders.
