What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight of the ASAM 3.5 residential program
• supervise case managers and support staff development
• oversee program services and outcomes
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations as needed
• maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family therapy
• review treatment plans and client progress
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with providers and community partners
• provide consultation for crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning
• monitor documentation and compliance
• support onboarding, training, quality improvement, audits, and accreditation
• participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
