Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is not specified. The technician handles routine and preventive maintenance across facilities and grounds, addressing repairs and urgent needs to support the parish and school community. The role also coordinates with vendors and assists with maintenance work as assigned.

What you'll do

• Inspect facility areas, parking lots, and grounds
• maintain cleanliness
• report safety issues
• install and make minor repairs to electrical appliances, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures, and equipment
• assist with building repairs and renovations
• help schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• provide backup for HVAC scheduling and monitoring
• remove snow and ice
• monitor vendors
• coordinate lawn maintenance
• move items
• and maintain tools and equipment. Must speak Spanish and hold a valid driver's license and Safe Environment certification. Some nights and weekends are required
• emergency availability outside normal hours is required.
