What you'll do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts sales and inquiries
• identify and source Ford and aftermarket parts using manufacturer catalogs and software
• process orders
• maintain inventory and stock levels
• receive and organize shipments
• handle returns, warranty parts, and core returns
• keep the department organized
• coordinate parts availability with service advisors and technicians
• promote parts and accessories when appropriate
• provide customer service.
