What you'll do

• Implement recruitment strategies for girl and adult membership
• recruit volunteers where applicable
• communicate program activities and share Girl Scout impact stories
• support volunteers with recruitment and community development
• build volunteer relationships
• support new Troop Leaders through visits, resources, and needs assessments
• deliver role-specific volunteer learning
• oversee volunteer onboarding, vetting, training, field support, and tracking
• support volunteer planning and retention
• attend community and regional volunteer meetings.
