Job overview

The Senior Project Manager – Green Building role is hybrid in Boston, MA, with three remote days and two in-office days each week, plus regular client and field visits. The hiring rate is $79,000–$105,000 per year. New Ecology’s Green Building Division works on high-performance new construction and major renovation projects, improving multifamily building performance, occupant health, and resiliency. The role manages green building projects from pre-design through construction and operations optimization. It coordinates clients and project teams, oversees technical work and deliverables, and advances energy efficiency and sustainability strategies while mentoring project managers.

What you'll do

  • Manage green building projects from pre-design through construction and operations optimization
  • coordinate clients and project teams
  • develop sustainable design, energy-efficiency, and renewable-energy strategies
  • review plans, specifications, and submittals
  • support green building certification compliance
  • conduct site inspections and post-occupancy evaluations
  • pursue client grants and rebates
  • provide QA/QC and team mentoring
  • prepare reports, case studies, proposals, and contracts.
