• Set instructional goals with the manager and team
• plan and deliver engaging Louisiana Student Standards-aligned lessons using Tier 1 Curriculum

• differentiate instruction and provide accommodations or modifications
• assess student data and adjust instruction
• communicate and collaborate with parents and staff
• participate in professional development and coaching.
