What you'll do

• Interview, hire, train, direct, and counsel housekeeping and laundry staff jointly with the General Manager
• plan and review work schedules
• supervise housekeeping and laundry associates
• monitor work times, standards, and labor
• inspect rooms and report repair needs
• inventory and order supplies
• organize deep cleaning
• perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
• maintain daily reports and coordinate updates with the Front Desk
• supervise common-area cleaning
• maintain carts and equipment
• follow company, brand, safety, and security standards.
